This is to cover the shipping of an order that was missed because of incorrect address info, returned to us because of an error with the initial shipment of an order or the post office box hold time lapsed at your local Post Office.
Contact us before you purchase this if possible or after you discover your package was returned to us.
Then purchase the Re-shipment ticket.
Once we receive your package back we will initiate the shipment back to you a second time.
This process can take up to 1 business week to complete.
