RETAIL SHOP MANAGER

Sure-Shot Outdoors is looking for a dependable, capable Retail / Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our Winnie store. This person will be responsible for keeping the shop organized, well staffed, customer-ready, and operating smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily retail operation and overall shop organization

• Provide a knowledgeable, helpful customer experience

• Schedule and oversee part-time retail staff

• Handle opening, closing, POS, and routine cash procedures

• Maintain merchandising, restocking, cleanliness, and store presentation

• Coordinate receiving, inventory organization, and product movement

• Oversee order fulfillment and general shop workflow

• Help execute in-store events, product launches, and seasonal activity

• Handle routine customer and operational issues as they arise

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Able to manage people and keep work moving without constant direction

• Familiarity with hunting, fishing, and the outdoor lifestyle strongly preferred

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred

• Comfortable working both the sales floor and operational side of the shop

• Available to work Saturdays and during key seasonal periods

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized shop and providing customers with a consistently good experience.
