Shipping Policy

We know you’d rather be in the blind than waiting on a package. Here’s what to expect when you order from Sure Shot Game Calls.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During major product launches, sales, and peak hunting season, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll do our best to get your gear headed your way as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it from our shop to your doorstep.

Please note that carrier delivery estimates begin once your package has been picked up and do not include our order processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after a shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to make the change before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed over to the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are ultimately outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@sureshotgamecalls.com and we’ll help you figure out the next step.

Sure Shot Game Calls is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@sureshotgamecalls.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can help make it right.
